My portraiture style is classic, and the resulting portraits timeless. In each portrait session I strive to capture the essence of my subjects in ways that are flattering, relaxed and fun. I am always looking for a moment, a special look and the interaction between people that defines a relationship. My goal, in creating portraiture, is to capture a technically and artistically beautiful image that will be displayed in your home for years to come.

Working with natural sun light and in beautiful natural settings gives my images a timeless classic quality. Your final portrait will reflect my trained sense of composition, and my acute understanding of light, and color.

Your photo session will most likely be at a beautiful outdoor location such as a garden, the park, a winery or even at a family home. Location requests are always welcome.

Be assured that Your photographs are produced using the best equipment money can buy. I usually shoot portraits with a medium format Hassalblad® film camera. For small children and candid events, I shoot with digital Nikon® equipment.

After your photo session, I edit the images and refine them to create a final collection of images. A few days after the session, you may view your images online or upon request have your images delivered to you on a contact sheet or individual proofs. All images are available in Color, Sepia, or Black & White.
